The Office of the Attorney General (“OAG”) recently completed an investigation of White Glove Community Care, Inc. (“White Glove”). In this investigation, the OAG found that White Glove failed to pay workers the wages required under the Home Care Worker Wage Parity Act. As a result of this violation, if you were employed with White Glove between March 1, 2012 to December 31, 2018, you are owed money.

  • July 11, 2023: To receive your share of the settlement, you must submit a fully executed Claim Form no later than this date.

Applicable income taxes will be deducted from the money you receive, and the corresponding tax forms will be mailed to you at a later date.

The OAG has hired CAC Services Group (“CAC”) to be the Settlement Administrator in this case to send these notices to affected workers, process the payments, and answer questions. Please contact CAC, if you have any questions, have difficulties with the website, or if you believe you received the notice in error.
